Welcome to Humzah Hanif Tutoring! By using our tutoring services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a smooth and effective learning experience for both students and tutors.

Tutoring Services

Sessions are conducted online or in person, as agreed upon in advance.
Lessons are tailored to meet students' academic needs, focusing on GCSE subjects.
Students must be prepared for sessions by bringing relevant materials and maintaining a positive learning attitude.

Booking and Payment

All lessons must be scheduled in advance.
Payment is required before the session unless otherwise agreed.
Packages or bulk sessions may be offered at discounted rates—please inquire for details.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Students must provide *at least 48 hours’ notice* for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations within *less than 48 hours* may be charged in full.
In the case of tutor cancellations, a full refund or rescheduled lesson will be provided.
Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if a session is canceled by the tutor or if an unavoidable issue prevents the lesson from taking place.
Missed lessons without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to engage respectfully and maintain academic integrity.
Disruptive behavior may lead to termination of tutoring services without a refund.
Any inappropriate communication or actions will result in immediate cancellation of sessions.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Personal information shared with Humzah Hanif Tutoring will be kept confidential.
No student data will be shared with third parties without consent.
Sessions may not be recorded or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality tutoring, results may vary depending on student effort and external factors.
Humzah Hanif Tutoring is not responsible for exam performance or grades achieved.
